Elmer Devon Williamson's Obituary
Age 71, a resident of Eight Mile, AL passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Elmer will be fondly remembered as a strong, humble, hard-working man who was a great father to his three sons, a wonderful grandfather to his grandchildren and an exceptional husband to his wife of 45 years. Elmer also served his country in the United States Army. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Elmer is survived by his wife, Karen Williamson, son, Chris (Amy) Williamson, Clay (Samelia) Williamson, Casey (Tiffany) Williamson, grandchildren, Kayleigh, Casen and Madilyn, sister, Mary Helen Williamson, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 2 pm with visitation from 12 noon until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
