Life Legacy
Fort ValleyElizabeth Hill, 88, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at her home with her loving family by her side. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14., 2016 at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. A visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. The family suggests contributions to Alzheimer's Association, Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia. Mrs Hill, a native of Dooly County was the daughter of the late Luther Lewis and Annie Lou Layfield. She has resided here since 1967 and was a homemaker.Left to cherish her memory are her childen; Beverly J Mackey of Perry, Patricia Stansberry (Lawson) of Ft. Valley, Darlene Chestnut (Hoyt) of Ft. Valley, Brenda Hall (Charles) of Clarkesville, Linda Brewer (William) of Byron, Steven Hill ( Cynthia) of Ft. Valley, and Mark Hill (Abbie) of Perry; brother, Willie Layfield of Ft. Valley; 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 6 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Woodrow Hill. Condolences may be left at watsonhunt.com
