Age 52, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Pugh, daughter, Tabatha (Marc) Lelonek, son, Jerry Wayne Pugh, 2 grandchildren, mother, Ruby Young, sisters, Denise Pugh, Sandy Pugh and Paula Alexander, brother, Kenneth Pugh, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 12 noon with visitation from 10 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
