Dorothy Mae DeLoach's Obituary
Dorothy Mae DeLoach of Grand Bay, AL lost her battle with cancer and passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. She was born on July 13, 1939 in Collins Point, AR. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Levader Jimerson of West Helena, AR. She was a long time employee of Ingalls Shipbuilding in the Security department. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles W. DeLoach, children, Joe Lee (Leah) Snyder, Jr., Debbie Fortner (Marcus) Berger, Charlene DeLoach, Charles "Buddy" (Tessa) DeLoach, Tracy Snyder Henderson, 5 grandchildren, Kimberly Hinton, Brenda Snyder, Sam Snyder, Mallory Henderson, Garrett McIntosh, 6 step grandchildren, 1 great grand daughter, 8 step great grandchildren, brother, Austin Jimerson, sister, Jeanette Harvey, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be Friday, March 21, 2014 from 1 to 2 pm at Serenity Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2 pm in Serenity Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made in her name to Goodwill Easter Seals, Mobile, AL or the American Cancer Society.Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL.
