Dorothy Jean Adams' Obituary
Dorothy “Dot” Jean Adams, age 86, passed away on Saturday August 20,2016. She was a faithful church member of Calvary Assembly of God. She was a beautician for a number of years in the Tillman’s corner area. She was preceded in death by her husband Travis V. Adams and daughter Cathy J. Burson. She is survived by her children David V. (Dana) Adams SR., Teresa N. (David A.) Adams, grand children Shannon Burson, David V. Adams, JR, Denise Smith, Deann Adams, great grand children Emma Huff, Emily Harper, Braden Adams, Marley Adams, Savannah Adams, Annabelle Rockwell, Trey Rockwell, sister Athlene Thayer, nieces, nephews, devoted niece Brenda Norris, and a special thank you to the care givers Cassandra Moultrie, Yolanda Washington, Judy Stallworth, Cassandra Mota and Linda Daniels, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 10-12noon at Serenity Funeral Home with a service following at 12noon in the chapel.
