DORIS "FAYE" ELMORE HALE's Obituary

Doris “Faye” Elmore Hale, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 24, 2025, with her family by her side. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Perry Memorial Gardens in Perry, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
Faye was born on May 21, 1946, in Middleburg, Kentucky, to the late Dee and Eva Elmore. Faye graduated from McKinney High School in McKinney, Kentucky. After High School, she worked for an industrial contractor and traveled the United States during her career.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Jennifer Hale; her children, Scott Hale and Angela Ellen Wright; and her brothers, Dorsey Elmore, Donald Elmore, Vernon Elmore, and Dallas Elmore.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Faye are her grandchildren, Cody Hale, Austin Wright, Katie Hale, Kayleigh Ray Willis, Scotlynn Hale, and Katie Hale; her sisters, Elizabeth McCammon and Barbara Briscoe (Larry) of Kentucky; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
