DIANNA KANSANBACK WINKLER's Obituary
PERRY –
Dianna Kansanback Winkler, 80, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 8, 2025, after an extended illness. It was her 80th birthday. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to assist with the burial and headstone expenses to Perry Memorial Gardens, P. O. Box 52, Perry, GA 31069.
Dianna was born on December 8, 1945, in Sioux City, Iowa, to the late Donald and Pearl Kansanback. Dianna was known for her quiet and soft-spoken nature, often finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a profound love for her pets and a notable green thumb, cultivating a variety of house plants that thrived under her care. Her culinary skills were evident in her baking, a hobby that brought her delight and filled her home with warmth and wonderful aromas. Additionally, Dianna cherished her time spent shopping and relaxing by the ocean, where she felt a deep sense of peace. Above all, Dianna adored spending time with her younger grandchildren, whose company she found especially rewarding.
Dianna was preceded in death by her parents; her children, Colten Winkler and Jordyn Winkler; her brothers, Jim Kansanback and Roger Kansanback; and her sister, Laura Kansanback.
Survivors include her children, Michael Winkler (Shari) of Unadilla, Kevin Winkler (Doreen) of Perry, and Angla Winkler, also of Perry; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
