Dennis Wayne Bartlett's Obituary
Dennis Wayne Bartlett, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 4, 2015. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Marshallville. Interment will be in Marshallville Cemetery immediately following the service. The family will visit with friends on Thursday, January 8, 2015, from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., the hour preceding the service, at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Watson-Hunt Funeral Home, P. O. Box 52, Perry, GA 31069.
Dennis was a 1977 Graduate of Beechwood School. He was a Computer Programmer with TAP Computer Systems. He loved music and sports, was an avid golfer and bowler. Dennis also volunteered as a softball coach at Ochlahatchee for several years. He was preceded in death by his father, Jake Bartlett. Left to cherish the memories of Dennis are his wife, Tina Bartlett of Perry; his children, Matthew Bartlett and Samantha Bartlett, both of Perry; a grandchild, Dylan Bartlett; his mother, Wanda Bartlett; his siblings, Lynn Stafford (Richard), Mark Bartlett, and Ben Bartlett (Von); and several nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.
