Delores Ann Seaman Davis' Obituary
Delores Seaman Davis, age 71, resident of Irvington, AL passed away at home peacefully on June 25, 2016 surrounded by her girls. Delores raised her family in Bayou La Batre. She was the office manager at Allen Memorial Nursing Home where she retired after 15 years of service. Prior to that she was Co-owner of the family business Salty Water Seafood. She loved to travel, paint, fish, hunt and more than anything else, she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Milo Davis, parents Marian & John Adams & Harold Portier, brother Larry Bryant & grandson Brandon Wayne Johnson. She is survived by her children, Daphne Seaman, Marian (Lori) Alderman (Josh), Lillie Kraver (Charles Walton), Sissy Lattof (Mitch), Mike Davis (Mary). Sister Verna Bryant, Brother Clarence (Bubba) Bryant. Seven grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 grand dogs. Pall Bearers will be Perry Zirlott, Joe Allegri, Michael Ladnier, Kendall Stork, Clayton "Rusty" Nelson, and Danny Bosarge. A special thanks to the staff at Springhill Home Heath & Hospice & Bayou Pharmacy, Dr. Maher Sahawneh, Lisa Alsip & special friend Sharon Vaughn. Delores' life will be celebrated at Serenity Funeral Home Event Center on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 4pm-7pm. Funeral services will be held from the chapel at Serenity Funeral Home Monday, June 27, 2016 at 10 A.M. Interment to follow in Oddfellow Cemetery, Bayou La Batre.Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL.
