SFC DANA WESLEY VORREYER, U. S. ARMY (Ret.)'s Obituary
BONAIRE –
SFC Dana Wesley Vorreyer, U.S. Army (Ret.), 61, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Arrangements will be announced by his son at a later date.
Dana was born in Columbus, Ohio, to Ronald Vorreyer and the late Bobbi C. Vorreyer. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army and retired after 20 years of service. After retirement, he worked for Gilmer Warehouse, LLC. Dana loved to play golf anytime he had the opportunity.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Dana are, his sons, William “Will” Vorreyer (Lindsey) of Perry and Shawn Vorreyer (Lily) of Kermit, Texas; his grandchildren, Owen Vorreyer, Kelly Vorreyer, Shawn Vorreyer, Jr., and Emma Vorreyer; his siblings, Danny Vorreyer (Gayle) of Clarksville, TN, Marion Macomber of Killbeer, ND, Angie Vice of MS, and Charles Dean (Lora),
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobbi C. Vorreyer, and his brother, Jimmy Vorreyer.
