CONNIE TUCKER BLUM's Obituary
PERRY – Connie Tucker Blum, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. A private Graveside Service will be held in Perry Memorial Gardens where she will be entombed in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. The family will visit with friends on Thursday, August 19, 2021, from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Rainbow House Resource Center, P. O. Box 1239, Warner Robins, GA 31099.
Connie was born in Perry to the late Alice and John Burton Tucker. She graduated from Perry High School in 1963 and also from Georgia Southern College. She was a homemaker all of her life. Connie was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Alice Roughton, J. B. Tucker, and Bonita Tucker; and her husband, Sherwin Lee Blum.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Connie are her companion, best friend, and caregiver, Andy Fowler of Perry; her sons, Lee Blum (Josee) of San Diego, CA, and Richard Blum (Shannon Le-Blum) of Los Angeles, CA; her grandchildren, Ella Blum, Evianne Blum, Aiden Blum, and Ethan Blum; and her brothers, Edward Tucker and Elton Tucker; and many nieces and nephews.
