Charles Lavelle Wilkins, age 75, a native of Mississippi and a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Swafford, children, Chuck Wilkins, Jimmy Wilkins, Marshall Wilkins, Rick Swafford, siblings, Tony Wilkins, Brenda Wilkerson, Delores Wimmer, Carolyn Martin, Shelton Wilkins, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 2 pm from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 until service time. Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL.
