Charles Edward May Sr., age 80, a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Ilene May. He is survived by his sons, Charles Edward May Jr. and Teddy W. (Deborah) May, daughter, Terri (Danny) Gardner, sisters, Ruby (Jesse) Wells and Alberta Campbell, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 2 pm with visitation starting at 12 noon until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
