Charles Alford Johnson, age 83, a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Alice Johnson, mother Zella Johnson Anderson, daughter Pamela Renee Johnson, son Michael Kilpatrick, grandson Chase Wynn, and great grand daughter Alyssa Phelps. He is survived by his children, Cynthia (Mike) Bowman, Charles Randall Johnson, Ingrid (Jeff) Cazalas, Theresa (Charles) Wynn, Rochelle Wadsworth and Scott (Tina) Johnson, step children, Kay (Glen) Polk, Tony (Linda) Kilpatrick, Dennis (Mary) Kilpatrick and Kelley Bohanon grandchildren, Michael Bowman, Maggie Bell, Christopher Johnson, Randy Johnson, Eric Gomillion, Jeremy Gomillion, Ryan Thompson, Renee Lott, Jeffrey Cazalas, Jennifer Cazalas, Charles "Mannie" Wynn, Stephenie Johnson, Coby Johnson, Kayley Johnson, BJ and Kevin Polk, Tiffany Poiroux, Tara Harvell, Michael and Clay Kilpatrick, Ashley Mitchell, Steven and Jonathan Kilpatrick, Amanda Morris, Amy Kilpatrick, Sharon Sasser, Rodney and Adam Boles, 30 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, brother Ralph (Donna) Anderson, sister Sharon (Ronald) Taylor, devoted daughter-in-law Sonja Crow, devoted friends Bobby and Brenda Morris, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 5 pm until 8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at Serenity on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 12 noon. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
