Charles Decateur Blassingame's Obituary
Age 61, a resident of Theodore, AL passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, John Edward Blassingame Sr. and Ola Madeline Blassingame. He is survived by his daughter, Anji (Brian) Clark, sister, Nona Henderson, brother, Eddie (Linda) Blassingame, niece, Nona (Chase) Sanders, nephew, C.L. (Beth) Henderson, many friends and his close companion Ms. Lee Barrow Smith. Charles was a 1972 graduate of Theodore High School and worked at Ingalls for almost 30 years. He loved to fish and follow Nascar. Charles will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. A memorial service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2016 at 12 noon.
