Cathryn Edwards Davis' Obituary
Cathryn Edwards Davis, 90, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 29 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday, January 28 between 5 -7 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. The family suggests contributions to Gentiva Hospice , 319 Margie Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
Ms. Cathryn, as she was affectionately known, was the daughter of the late Ben and Ella Groover Edwards. She was a lifelong resident of Houston County. Most of her life she worked for many firms as their accountant. Ms. Cathryn loved gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren; Scott Stafford (Jennifer) of Perry, Shaw Stafford (Lori) of Sylva, North Carolina, Jerri Ann Ramsey (Shane) of Sylva, North Carolina, and Bron Prickett of Atlanta; daughter- in- law, Debbie S Pearson of Perry; four great- grandchildren, Benny, Justin, Charlie, and Lacy; niece, Nelda Edwards of Perry.
Ms. Cathryn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stafford; children, Charles Benny Stafford, Ronald E. Stafford, and Anna Kathy Stafford. and brother, John Chester Edwards.
