To the Walters FamilyWe are sorry to hear about the passing of Burma Walters. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Our hearts are always sadden when we about the passing of anyone. The human family understands that our bodies were designed to live forever. It is amazing that how one mistake from our forefather could leave such a lasting stain on the entire human race. That simple error places sickness and death on each person. Despite this terrible condition that we find ourselves in, it is not a hopeless one. Our Creator who designed this body provides good news that all should give a listening ear to. The good news would bring forth blessing to those who have died, and their family members and friends. This good news is based on this wonderful promise from God. God tells us that soon He would rid the earth of all sicknesses and death.(Revelation 21:3-4) Then He reveals this loving promise. He says that He would empty the graves and restore life back to those who have died.(John 5:28-29) Can you imagine living in a time when no one would become sick and die. Can you also envision living when our love ones and friends will have their lives restored back to them. Yes what a grand time period time will prove to be. God wants everyone to take comfort from these wonderful promises. So He has preserved eight accounts in the bible that speaks about this wonderful blessing soon to take place. Here is one such example. It is recorded at Luke 7:11-17. May we please encourage the family to read the account. Think about how the verses would apply to Burma, as God uses His powers to restore her back to life. Now think about the happy reunion of Burma with all the family members and friends. Oh what a grand time period this will prove to be. Gone will be the tears of sadness and grief. Instead the earth will be filled with joy and laughter. Yes the resurrection to life will have begun to take place. Until then, take comfort from the scriptures. Always remember this loving promise from God, with is a sure guarantee to take place. God does not lie.(Titus 1:2)
