PERRY-Bonnie Alice Nesbitt Chisholm, 83, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Visitation will be on Friday, July 7, 2017, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Interment will be in Perry Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Morningside Elementary School Relay For Life Team, 1206 Morningside Drive, Perry, GA 31069.Ms. Chisholm was born in and grew up in New Mexico. She had lived in Perry for the last 3 years, moving to be closer to her daughter. She was an avid reader all of her life. She thoroughly enjoyed playing Bingo, and some lovingly referred to her as "Bingo Nut". She was a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves and Dallas Cowboys. Bonnie was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and her daughter, Cosetta Rogers.Survivors include her children, Deantha Grattan (Larry), Greg Chisholm, and Holly Buckley (Johnathan); 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Bud Nesbitt (Mary), Tom Nesbitt (Marie), and Tim Nesbitt (Plyna); and numerous nieces and nephews.Please sign the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
