I always loved Mr. Pennington! He was my favorite principal. Sloane & I went to Perry schools & Northside Middle for a time together. I'm deeply saddened for her loss & that of all of us who knew this sweet man...
Peace be with Mr. Pennington. Denise Anderson, Perry, Georgia
Vivian,It has been a long while since we have seen or talked but not so long that I don't remember our friendly conversations in your school. You always had a story to share about your beloved husband and I can only imagine how sad it is to lose your best friend and love. May God be with you in this fragile and sad time and may you feel the prayers of friends and family who are holding you close. My deepest sympathy,Gail Maye
I will miss my Daddy and the time we spent together. As I live my life, I will carry my Dad's love with me for the rest of my life. I believe in God. He is my strength.
Mr. Pennington was my favorite principals and always called me by name no matter how much time had passed between our comings and goings. He was a caring man and educator. He will be missed. My thoughts are with his family during this time.
Mr. Pennington meant so much to me during my middle school years at Perry Middle. I'll never forget him throwing me a going away pep rally at lunch when I moved to Japan. He was a great principal and a great man. Your family is in our prayers.
So sorry to hear this, so many wonderful memories of Mr. Pennington come to mind. We were lucky to have him in Perry!
Condolences to Sloane and the rest of Mr. Pennington's family. I am praying that God continues to strengthen you all during this time. Hold on so that you can press on.Your past classmate,(Sloane)
