BILLY WRIGHT's Obituary
PERRY –
William Harris "Billy" Wright, 57, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Services will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., and the Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Tony Harmon officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Georgia Wildlife Federation, 11600 Hazelbrand Road, Covington, GA 30014.
Billy was born in Perry to the late Emmett Wright and Beverly Massey Wright Tyndal. He was a lineman with Pike Electrical. In his younger days, he liked to play softball. Billy was always an outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing whenever time allowed. And he enjoyed seeing his grandchildren. Billy was fearless and lived his life that way. He had a great sense of humor, was very funny, and could always bring laughter to any room he entered.
Billy was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Tiffany Wright; his parents; and his sister, Mimi Wright Johnson.
Survivors include his children, Erica Wright of Tomball, Texas; his son, William “Bo” Wright (Shelby) of Gray; his grandchildren, Cohen Bohannon, Tiffany DeVane, Bradley Reid DeVane, Lanson Wright, and Emberly Wright; his brothers, Tommy “Bubba” Wright (Tammy) of Perry and Scotty Wright (Laura) of Gray; and several nieces and nephews.
