Betty Lorene Knowles' Obituary
PERRY-
Betty Lorene Knowles, 76, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Haynesville. Interment will be in Dublin Memorial Gardens at 1:30 p.m. A visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Knowles, formerly of Chester, Georgia, was the daughter of the late Henry and Florene Long Nobles. She was a floral designer employed by Bridges Florist of Moultrie, Wells Florist of Perry, and Larisey's Florist of Forsyth. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Nelle Nobles Floyd, Laverne Barron; and her brothers, Earl Nobles and Edward Nobles.
Left to cherish the memories of Mrs. Knowles are her loving husband of 56 years, Johnny Knowles of Perry; her children, David Knowles (Cheri) and Mike Knowles (Tammie), both of Elko, Bruce Knowles (Ruby) of Perry; four grandsons, Kyle Knowles, Brad Knowles, Hunter Knowles, and Tyler Knowles; two granddaughters, Kaila Ransom and Savannah Ransom: her sister-in-law, Sara Nobles of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.
