Barry was born on April 25, 1956, in Atlanta to the late Bruce and Betty Cooley Westbrook. Barry was the CEO and Owner of Coast to Coast Medical Transportation and Ambulance Service in Perry. He loved serving those in need both with his business and his generous support. He had many hobbies which he shared with his family, including a passion for horses, travel, and entrepreneurship.
