This breaks my heart! I have been away for almost 3 months and I'm just learning of Angie's passing. Angie and I became friends when we went through breast cancer treatments at the same time12 years ago. She was such a strong, loving person with a wonderful heart and smile. Though I didn't see her often, I loved her, and enjoyed seeing her on social media. Rest easy Angela. Love, Vicki Andrews
I'm so sad to learn of Angie's passing. Angie was a terrific lady with a big, beautiful smile. My sincerest condolences to Angie's family. May memories of her bring you peace and comfort in these difficult days ahead. Mia Geiger
Prayers
Even though Angie and I worked at different Houston County high schools, we knew each other from collaborative English meetings at the county level and we also took a writing course together at GCSU for our masters degrees. Over the years we were able to share stories about our chaperoning student trips, classes, and lessons. I know she would be greatly missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and former students. Please know that the family is in my prayers.

Mark- I am so sad to hear this news. Angie and the whole Heath family hold a special place in my heart from our time in Perry. What a wonderful woman! We navigated early motherhood together tying to figure out how to raise our babies. I know the Perry community is sadden by the loss of such an amazing teacher and friend.
I never met Angie but I’m a good friend of Shelby’s mother. A few months ago I had some health issues and Shelby’s mom told Angie and she started praying for me even though we haven’t met. That had a profound impact on me as I knew her plate was full with her own health issues. I just wanted her family to know that I think Angie was a true gift from God. What a lovely and caring person. Her family is in my prayers. God Bless Angie.
