KATHLEEN- James Stephen “Steve” Hill, 60, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. Funeral Services will be held at Hinton Turner Funeral Home on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Paris, Kentucky. Interment will be in Millersburg Cemetery. Steve was born in Paris, Kentucky, to the late James Edward Hill and Alma Jean Boone Hill. He had been a resident of the middle Georgia area for most of his life. Steve was a licensed Master Plumber and worked for Pyles Plumbing in Macon for many years. He enjoyed fishing and mud bogging. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Samantha Rivera. Left to cherish the memories they made with Steve are his loving and devoted wife of forty-three years, Emma Hill; his children, Stephanie Lawson (Aaron) of Warner Robins, Elisha Thornton of Kathleen, Becky Babb of Byron, Jessie Rivera (James) of Perry, and Jamie Anderson (Michael) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Jacob Hatcher (Cheyenne), Lizzy Garrett (Kalob), Faith Staples (Jepty), Mackenzie Hatcher, Trevor Hatcher, Aiden Hall, Ella Hall, Alana Dearmore, Michael Anderson, Jr., Jay Rivera, and Tristan Rivera; his great-grandchildren, Kohen Hatcher, Eazy Willis, and Jaxson Staples; his nieces, Beth Vanhoose, and Christy Knight; and a brother from another mother, Bob Youngblood of Fitzgerald.
